Returns
The SATISFACTION OR MONEY BACK clause guarantees the substitution or refund of articles that do not satisfy the client. Should the payment be made by credit card, the bank charges applied for the transaction shall be subtracted from the refund, for the substitution with another product of equal or greater value (even for payments by credit card) no penalty shall be applied. Delivery charges shall be excluded from the refund. The above shall only be refunded in the case of merchandise that is defective or damaged during transportation. The return must be executed within 30 days from the date in which the merchandise was received. The material must be rendered in the original packaging and as new, together with the original shipping bill. Return not in compliance with the above could provoke delays in the issue of the refund or substitution of the product not ascribable to E.I.L. Systems Editore |
